Welcome to the Tokuyoshi Pharmacy Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate ("you"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set forth by Tokuyoshi Pharmacy ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms are intended to protect both parties and to ensure a fair and successful partnership.

1. Enrollment
To become an affiliate, you must complete the affiliate application and be approved by Tokuyoshi Pharmacy. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities
You agree to promote our products in a lawful and ethical manner. You must not make false claims or misrepresent our products or services. You may use the approved marketing materials provided by us, and any custom materials must be approved in writing.

3. Referral Tracking & Cookies
Referral tracking is based on cookies stored in the user's browser. Our default cookie duration is 30 days. If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent referral will receive credit. Sales must occur within this cookie window to be eligible for commission.

4. Commissions
You will earn a commission for qualifying sales referred through your affiliate link. Commissions are calculated after returns, refunds, or fraud checks.

5. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of the month. Payments will be made via the payment method you specify. A minimum payout threshold (e.g., KSh 5,000 or equivalent) may apply.

6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not use offline channels such as newspapers, flyers, posters, or TV/radio advertisements without our prior written approval. We also prohibit paid search ads using our brand name or misleading domains.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must stop using our brand assets and remove all affiliate links.

8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts in Nairobi.

9. Limitation of Liability
Tokuyoshi Pharmacy will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. We provide this program "as is" with no express or implied warranties.

By joining the Tokuyoshi Pharmacy Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
