    After receiving a message on WhatsApp or email, please fill in the form with your symptoms.

    At the scheduled time, connect with a medical professional for your online consultation.

  • 4. Receive Your Prescription and Complete the Payment

    After the consultation, your prescription will be issued, and you can finalize the payment.

  • 5. Get Your Medication Delivered to Your Doorstep

    Your prescribed medication will be securely packaged, shipped to your address, and conveniently delivered to you.

  • For deliveries outside of Nairobi, In any case if the item is above 5kgs, the item may not be eligible for the standard shipping rates and the excess shipping charge will be communicated to you via phone call, chat.
